Amazing, isn't it Reader? We're almost halfway through 2025. πŸ“† ⏰

Like anything that marks the passage of time, it's equally frightening, irrelevant and helpful. πŸ˜‡

Research tells us that our brains focus differently during these "temporal landmarks." (That's a fancy name for a date that our brain interprets as an opportunity for a fresh start. Think Mondays or the first of the year.)

July--the official start of the year's second half--is one of those landmarks. For some, it's the start of a new fiscal year. For those of us in the Western Hemisphere, it marks the heart of summer. β˜€οΈβ›±οΈπŸ©±

That makes it a good time to do two things:

  1. Look back and harvest the learnings from the year so far (& my end-of-year look back tool is here to use anytime, free); and
  2. Look forward and decide which seeds you'll plant next. πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸŒΎ
