my funny valentine to you, [FIRST NAME GOES HERE] πŸ’˜πŸ’•πŸ₯°

I'm here to help--schedule a chat with me today

I wrote a little poem for you, Reader, in honor of Valentine's Day. It's a little cheesy, but if we can't have some cheese on Valentine's, then what's life for? πŸ₯°

Roses are red & violets are blue.

Where work is concerned, do you love what you do?

Maybe you think you haven't earned better

That you need education, more creds or a letter.

Or maybe you think it'd just be too hard

To fix up or change up your work that feels charred.

The secret, my friend, is having help to achieve

Whatever you need--but you gotta believe.

And you don't need a miracle, rich spouse or the lotto

Or to give up completely, moving into the grotto.

It just takes small changes to get work back on track--

Key targeted thoughts, specific feedback.

If you're leading through change and this poem sounds like you,

It's time for support, to start to renew.

You're invited to talk to me privately soon

A morning next week, or perhaps afternoon?

It's safe and it's simple, no prep & that's that.

So why would you wait to schedule a chat?

Your work isn't easy, but you want it to matter.

And no, it's not perfect, served up on a platter.

But you are the one who deserves more success.

How to get it, and soon? (Oh, let's take a guess. )

So roses are red; your cape is red, too.

If you're ready for change, you know just what to do.

We JUST opened up more coaching consultation slots for Monday, Feb. 17 (President's Day in the US) to help make it easier for those of you who have the day off. If you've been considering investing in professional coaching to help you manage through changes and feel more successful at work, start here.

Lots of love to you and yours this Valentine's Day. That red cape looks great on you--keep soaring!

Always, Darcy

P.S. Okay, that poem was kind of corny. What's not corny is how much it hurts when I see talented leaders like you struggling to figure out your work challenges all alone. One conversation can be the start to a new perspective. Talk soon. πŸ’˜ --D
