Here's a funny little secret, Reader . . . In a world where "busy" seems to be the norm, I'm hearing more and more folks say they're not feeling busy enough.🥱 That idea may sound wild to you. 🐼🦖🐾 And yet, I see some of you nodding. Maybe your workload isn’t tapping into the full extent of your abilities. You find yourself in an endless waiting game for the next project, or for your boss to sort through priorities (help for that here.) Or, you procrastinate the easy stuff because it's booooo-ring (and quietly, you know you're being paid too much for what that work really needs. 💸) Or maybe you're not busy with the work that matters. The work that moves the needle, lands the plane, pushes the ball toward the goal line, fill-in-your-favorite-metaphor here. To the overworked and overstressed, not having enough to do sounds like a dream. But if you've ever been there, you KNOW that being underworked or underutilized can cause stress, too.
